Moscow Mule Slushie

Your new favourite low FODMAP summer cocktail has just arrived - Moscow Mule Slushies! Take an absolute classic, give it an icy twist and call it a brilliant day.


  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 shot vodka
  • 150mL ginger beer (check for high FODMAP ingredients)
  • juice of half a lime
  • lime wedges to serve


Makes: 1 cocktail

  1. In a blender, blend the ice cubes until they break down into tiny chunks.
  2. Add the crushed ice to a glass.
  3. Top with vodka, ginger beer, lime juice and lime wedges.
  4. Stir to combine, and enjoy.
