Moscow Mule Slushie
Your new favourite low FODMAP summer cocktail has just arrived - Moscow Mule Slushies! Take an absolute classic, give it an icy twist and call it a brilliant day.
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 shot vodka
- 150mL ginger beer (check for high FODMAP ingredients)
- juice of half a lime
- lime wedges to serve
Makes: 1 cocktail
- In a blender, blend the ice cubes until they break down into tiny chunks.
- Add the crushed ice to a glass.
- Top with vodka, ginger beer, lime juice and lime wedges.
- Stir to combine, and enjoy.
