Cranberry Whiskey Sour

I'm not a huge fan of whiskey, but I love a low FODMAP cocktail option, and this LOFO cranberry whiskey sour definitely made me more of a fan!


  • 2 shots whiskey
  • 1 shot lemon juice
  • 1 shot cranberry juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Lemon wedge garnish optional


Makes: 2 cocktails (low FODMAP serve: 1 cocktail)

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the whiskey, lemon juice, cranberry juice and egg white. Shake for around 15 seconds until the shaker is nice and cold.
  3. Strain into 2 glasses filled with ice.
  4. Garnish if you'd like, and enjoy.
