Berry Banana Smoothie

Let's start the day off right with this absolutely delicious (and easy!) Low FODMAP Berry Banana Smoothie.


  • 1/2 just-ripe banana, frozen
  • 5 medium strawberries, frozen
  • 1/4 zucchini, frozen
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2-3/4 cup low FODMAP milk
  • water, as needed


Makes: 1 serve

  1. In a high speed blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more water as needed to make the smoothie your desired consistency.
