Berry Banana Smoothie
Let's start the day off right with this absolutely delicious (and easy!) Low FODMAP Berry Banana Smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1/2 just-ripe banana, frozen
- 5 medium strawberries, frozen
- 1/4 zucchini, frozen
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2-3/4 cup low FODMAP milk
- water, as needed
Instructions
Makes: 1 serve
- In a high speed blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more water as needed to make the smoothie your desired consistency.
